Privacy notice.

Forthwork does not use a separate application form. When you book through the embedded Cal.com calendar, the information you provide is handled by Cal.com to schedule the conversation and by Forthwork to respond.

Why information is collected.

Booking information is used to prepare for and respond to the conversation. Forthwork does not sell this information or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Notifications and analytics.

Anonymous funnel events may record an event name, timestamp, UTM values, and referrer in Cloudflare D1. They never include booking details or free-text application content.

Your requests.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information Forthwork holds about your conversation. Contact Forthwork by replying to the email correspondence opened after your booking.

Operator.

Forthwork is a service operated by Florin Dobinciuc, unless a different verified legal entity is configured.
